Chips of ICE

$300 minimum for up to 3 hours and $50 per additional hour used

$500 full day rate with no prior day entry

$600 full day rate with prior day entry for decorating or food prep

$700 full day rate and includes prior day entry and next day entry for clean up.

All pricing includes commercial kitchen access but excludes access to the Bridal suite and Grooms suite.

Vintage china and Crystal available for use at an additional fee.

Deposits

30% of package price is required upon booking and will be deducted from the final price. The remaining balance needs to be paid in full 30 days prior to the event.

$175 refundable cleaning deposit is required upon booking. Refundable if cleaned properly after the event.

I have a trusted cleaning crew that will be happy to do the cleaning for you if you would rather relinquish the deposit and allow the crew to perform the clean up.
