This amazing package includes access to the entire venue.  All vintage china and crystal, any available decor, bridal suite, grooms suite, commercial kitchen, outdoor bar, and patio.

This price gives you access to the entire venue from 12 noon the day prior to the event through 12 noon the day after your event.

This price excludes the use of the china and available decor.

Deposit Information:

• 30% of package price is required upon booking and will be deducted from the final price.  This is a non-refundable deposit!  The remaining balance needs to be paid in full 30 days prior to the event.

• $300 Cleaning fee is required upon booking.  

I have a trusted cleaning crew that will be doing the cleaning for you!!
